Mental Wellbeing Training Overview

Wellbeing In Work

We know from our conversations with ADCH members that the COVID-19 pandemic continues to have a real impact on animal shelters across the UK.  Many are struggling with funding and having to adapt to new ways of working, putting extra strain on staff members.

In partnership with Samaritans, this mental wellbeing training aims to help you to have the confidence to speak out if you are struggling and to approach colleagues that you might be concerned for. The training also encourages you to focus on your own mental wellbeing and provides helpful coping advice.

Finding the time can be hard, so the training can be done in your own time, as and when you feel is right for you.
