The Adoption Mission has worked closely with ADCH members to develop a training programme that is specifically designed for animal shelters and tailor-made to address specific training needs. Mindful of the time pressure that you are already under, all of the content is also in easily digestable bitesize formats.
Telling your story
An effective marketing and communications strategy is vital to increasing awareness and strengthening the perception of your shelter(s).
In these training modules you will have access to a comprehensive set of toolkits and templates to help communicate your shelter to a broad target audience.
Upskill your team
Aimed at supporting with the smooth-running of your shelter operations, the staff training modules include Excel masterclasses, customer service excellence, nutrition and mental wellbeing support.
Animal training advice
This behaviour training module aims to equip you with the behaviour training knowledge and support you need to better understand and manage the animals in your care.
